We review year-end results and rank carriers based on these benchmarks. Additionally, we consolidate factory shipments to fill a full container by combining all our products on a bi-monthly basis, optimizing shipping costs and efficiency.

This includes reviewing all commercial invoices and packing slips prior to entry and conducting continuous training throughout the year to keep up with trade requirements. We stay informed about changes in trade regulations and tariffs through weekly memos from our broker and lawyer, which are reviewed by our CCS manager for evaluation and direction. To ensure the security and integrity of shipments during transit, we follow customer packaging specification standards. Products are packaged, tightly wrapped, and shipped in sealed containers. We handle customs clearance and documentation requirements by reviewing all commercial invoices and packing slips upon entry to ensure the HTS code, cost, and product description are accurate and match our inventory management system. This meticulous review process ensures smooth and compliant customs clearance.
